We have the technology to remotely connect to any computer or server desktop, securely, within just a few seconds, allowing us to resolve the majority of IT problems enountereed by our clients directly from our offices. This makes our service much more efficient to you as you don't have to wait for an engineer to arrive, problems are rectified with much less disruption in your workplace. If an engineer is needed on-site, we will be there within the timeframes outlined within our impressive Service Level Agreements.
We have developed 2 simple BusinessCover IT support packages for your business needs. Both Packages include the following services:
- Mutually agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Daily monitoring of all systems covered under the SLA
- Daily backup monitoring
- Weekly patch updating and service pack installs
- Antivirus monitoring and virus definition management
- Remote support
- On-site support when remote support cannot resolve an issue*
- Priority over non-contract customers
Package 1
Package 1 is our "pay as you go" option for managed IT support. For a small monthly fee, based on the number of machines that you require supporting, we offer:- Full server support
- 24 hour network monitoring
- Unlimited remote support
- Unlimited email support (dedicated support email address)
- Unlimited telephone support
- Discounted hourly rates for on-site engineers
- A proactive and dedicated IT team
Package 2
Package 2 is our premium IT support service. It offers the same fantastic features as Package 1 but with inclusive on-site engineer time and the benefit of one simple monthly payment**. |
