If an engineer is needed on-site, we will be there within the timeframes outlined within our impressive Service Level Agreements.
We have developed 2 simple BusinessCover IT support packages for your business needs. Both Packages include the following services:
- Mutually agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Daily monitoring of all systems covered under the SLA
- Daily backup monitoring
- Weekly patch updating and service pack installs
- Antivirus monitoring and virus definition management
- Remote support
- On-site support when remote support cannot resolve an issue
- Priority over non-contract customers
