Using the latest technology we can access your systems remotely to provide an immediate response to your problems. You'll save money and won't be kept waiting for an IT support technician to arrive.
Remote IT support comes as a free service to our BusinessCover clients. However, if you are not already a customer, we can still help. All we need to get started is a working computer with an internet connection.
How Does Remote Support Work?
You initiate the connection over your existing internet connection using a unique code provided to you by a Skipton Systems engineer. This will then give us control of your keyboard and mouse. You can then watch all of the activity on your screen, or walk us through exactly what the problem is.
You have control of the remote access session at all time, and can terminate the process with a simple click of the mouse. Once the session is terminated, we will need to issue a new code before we can connect again.
